What you will do

• Define and execute a global measurement strategy that aligns with advertising objectives and market trends.
• Provide technical guidance for the development of first and third-party measurement tools, attribution models, and A/B testing.
• Build and develop a high-performing engineering organization, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Partner with product, sales, and legal teams to develop and implement measurement solutions.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience building advertising and/or e-commerce products, preferably with experience in measurement analytics and 7+ years in people leadership roles.
• Proven experience in managing, hiring, and growing engineering managers and individual contributors (ICs).
• Technical expertise in full-stack engineering, encompassing mobile, web, backend, and infrastructure.
• Experience in experimentation and data-driven product development to continuously improve product performance.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
