What you will do

• Provide administrative support to Account Strategists, helping them manage day-to-day tasks and communications.
• Prepare and maintain regular performance reports, presentations, and business review materials.
• Assist with the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Track campaign performance, flagging issues or opportunities for improvements to senior team members.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for client accounts and internal tools.

Requirements

• A motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable handling repetitive tasks while keeping quality and timeliness high.
• Interested in digital advertising, client success, and campaign performance.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets and comfortable learning new tools and systems.
• Business-level Japanese required; conversational English is a plus.
