What you will do

  • Define and execute global developer marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Own developer technical advocacy and relations, collaborating with DevRel and managing community programs.
  • Establish and manage developer video strategy and in-house video production studio.
  • Build and launch a distinct developer brand aligned with technical audiences and product roadmaps.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across web, social, content, community, and events.
  • Hire, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary marketing team; manage agencies and budgets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in developer or product-led B2B SaaS marketing; 5+ years leading integrated teams
  • Proven record launching new developer brands or products with measurable funnel growth.
  • Deep understanding of developer tooling ecosystems, open-source engagement, and community-driven GTM models.
  • Experience in developer advocacy, video strategy, and multimedia content production.
  • Proficiency with modern martech stacks, analytics platforms, and data-driven experimentation.
  • Visionary storyteller and inclusive leader with strong collaboration and analytical skills.
