Location: Remote.Colombia, Monterrey, Montevideo

What you will do

  • Identify and gather business opportunities and needs from data product stakeholders through exploratory analysis.
  • Define expected value metrics and understand the operational processes influenced by these metrics.
  • Apply product management principles to ensure a clear understanding of the business problem, impacted levers, and pathways for generating measurable value.
  • Design and execute pilots or test actions to validate models and hypotheses.
  • Collaborate with Data Scientists (DS) and Machine Learning Engineers (MLE) to provide business context to proposed models.
  • Communicate progress, results, and insights effectively to both the squad and stakeholders, maintaining strong business relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Exact Sciences, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL (mandatory).
  • Proven experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating analytical outputs into business value.
  • Strong skills in data storytelling, critical thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen.
  • Intermediate or higher proficiency in English (written and spoken)

Nice to have

  • Experience with GCP, BigQuery, and/or Python.
  • Familiarity with Looker Studio or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and product lifecycle management.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to changing priorities
