What you will do
- Lead Referral, Rewards, and Network Effects initiatives within the Product Growth & Subscription team
- Architect and refine features leveraging social mechanisms and incentives to boost user acquisition and engagement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, design, and other teams to enhance platform virality
- Drive product growth through innovative and user-centric solutions
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Cyprus, Spain (with DNI or NIE and valid work permit), or Poland
- Relocation support provided only for Cyprus
- Experience in product management with a focus on growth, referral programs, or network effects
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-disciplinary teams including data science and design
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
