What you will do
- Lead and mentor a distributed team of system administrators across multiple countries.
- Coordinate regional IT operations ensuring consistent standards and policies.
- Manage enterprise systems, infrastructure, and networking solutions for optimal performance and security.
- Act as primary escalation point for complex IT issues and oversee workload distribution.
- Lead regional IT infrastructure projects including opening new offices globally.
- Collaborate with global IT leadership and security teams to standardize processes and maintain compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in technical support or system administration.
- At least 3 years managing remote teams.
- Strong proficiency in macOS; Windows experience is a plus.
- Proven experience with JAMF, Google Workspace, MikroTik, Ubiquiti Okta, EndPoint Central, Palo Alto Networks.
- Experience with IT support tools and ticketing systems like Jira.
- Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
- Experience in multi-country IT operations and distributed teams.
Nice to have
- Experience in service desk environments with SLA-based response times.
- Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
- Experience supporting AV/meeting room equipment.
- Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Bash).
- Understanding of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
