UI Frontend Developer (Gamedev): Implementing UI elements for a free-to-play PC/Console game using an in-house engine with an accent on balancing performance, visual impact, and usability. Focus on HUD implementation, game meta interface systems, and communication with backend services for dynamic player and game data.
Location: Hybrid (4 days of work from the office in Nicosia, Cyprus)

What you will do
- Implement the HUD for core gameplay.
- Implement the game meta interface system.
- Work with UI art and UX teams to balance performance, visual impact, and usability.
- Communicate with backend services/engine for dynamic player and game data.
Requirements
- Proven programming experience in the gaming industry.
- Strong background in developing user interfaces across both front-end and in-game features.
- React/Native JS development experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Experience working with Gameface.
- Experience developing for PC, as well as different console platforms.
- Experience working with networked multiplayer games.
- Experience working with highly distributed teams.
- Experience operating a live free-to-play game service.
