What you will do

  • Lead technical delivery initiatives for Murex implementations, upgrades, and integrations
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship in Murex customization and scripting
  • Develop, test, and deploy Murex configurations, models, and workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party tools

Requirements

  • 3-17 years of experience in financial technology, risk management, or trading systems
  • Proven experience with Murex platform configuration and support in financial institutions
  • Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and managing project lifecycles
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, or related field
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in diverse, multicultural teams

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Murex APIs and integration interfaces
  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Relevant certifications such as Murex, TOGAF, PMP, or cloud certifications
