Location: Remote (CET hours preferred)
Compensation: $3,800 - $5,100 + stock options

What you will do
- Design, build, and maintain resilient frontend and backend features using React and Node.js.
- Develop core products including donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner portals.
- Architect and develop scalable system components handling millions of transactions monthly.
- Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
- Lead architecture and technical design discussions to solve complex problems.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and constructive feedback.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
- Deep understanding of modern JavaScript concepts.
- Expert-level proficiency with React and ecosystem; Vue.js familiarity is a plus.
- Strong backend expertise with Node.js, preferably Koa or NestJS.
- Experience with Webpack configuration and performance optimization.
- High ownership and accountability for work quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.
- Open-source contributions or strong personal portfolio.
