TL;DR

Senior Fullstack Developer: Building and scaling core donation platform features with an accent on React, Node.js, and TypeScript. Focus on designing resilient frontend and backend components, architecture discussions, and mentoring peers.

Location: Remote (CET hours preferred)

Compensation: $3,800 - $5,100 + stock options

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain resilient frontend and backend features using React and Node.js.
  • Develop core products including donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner portals.
  • Architect and develop scalable system components handling millions of transactions monthly.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Lead architecture and technical design discussions to solve complex problems.
  • Mentor peers through code reviews and constructive feedback.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
  • Deep understanding of modern JavaScript concepts.
  • Expert-level proficiency with React and ecosystem; Vue.js familiarity is a plus.
  • Strong backend expertise with Node.js, preferably Koa or NestJS.
  • Experience with Webpack configuration and performance optimization.
  • High ownership and accountability for work quality.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MongoDB, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud infrastructure.
  • Open-source contributions or strong personal portfolio.
