What you will do

• Lead project work from a design perspective, facilitating design reviews and working sessions to help teams deliver solutions.
• Design systems, flows, and interfaces that are simple and user-friendly.
• Leverage UX expertise and understanding of design systems to improve consistency across platforms.
• Draw insights from research and data to create tangible solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, engineering, and marketing, advocating for the user.
• Be a role model and advocate for design within the hirify.global organization.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of practical, in-house product, UX/UI design experience.
• Excellent communication skills to explain work with focus and brevity to stakeholders.
• Strong aesthetic skills to elevate the visual identity.
• Experience with service design practices and evolving design processes.
• Experience working across digital and physical manifestations of design.
• Fluency in design systems, prototyping, and user research methodologies.
