What you will do

• Implement and validate predictive and prescriptive models focusing on big data and machine learning.
• Write efficient programs for data cleansing and integration.
• Collaborate in an agile environment with scientists, engineers, consultants, and DBAs.
• Communicate with clients to understand business needs and define modeling techniques.
• Evaluate and present modeling results to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Brazil
• Strong fundamentals in Mathematics and Computer Science (algorithms).
• Proficiency in at least one statistical programming language such as R, Python, Scala, SAS, SPSS, or Matlab.
• Basic understanding of predictive/prescriptive modeling skills.
• Experience with programming/scripting in Java or Python.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
