Salary: $150,000–$175,000 OTE

What you will do
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with accelerators, universities, developer communities, and startup ecosystem partners globally.
- Design and deliver scalable startup engagement programs and tailored resources to support AI startups.
- Lead high-impact events such as meetups, workshops, hackathons, and summits to showcase ' commitment.
- Drive startup pipeline development by collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
- Create and maintain enablement materials and playbooks for startup education and adoption.
- Measure and optimize community success using KPIs and data-driven strategies.
Requirements
- Must have 3-5+ years experience in community management or ecosystem development, including 1.5+ years in startup ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build partnerships within the global AI and startup ecosystem.
- Experience delivering community programs, events, or partner initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI/startup landscapes and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with AI infrastructure, cloud computing, or developer tools.

- Established network in global AI and startup ecosystems.
- Experience planning and delivering diverse events.
- Background in technology partnerships, developer advocacy, or customer enablement for cloud or AI/ML.
- Proven track record of driving results through community engagement.
