TL;DR
Lead People Experience Manager: Driving the PX operating model in Germany, ensuring execution of priorities, and supporting the German leadership team on PX matters with an accent on talent management, efficiency in local PX operations, and building the bridge between local and global PX. Focus on talent mobility, development, or replacement, actively participating in the selection process of country leadership team members, and advising the local CEO and team.
Location: Based in our Berlin office (min 2 days/week in office).

What you will do
- Drive global PX operating model in Germany, executing core BAU activities and delivering on KPIs.
- Run country PX business reviews, providing visibility, identifying gaps, and executing strategies to meet targets in Germany.
- Drive efficiency in local PX operations by monitoring productivity and improving processes and technology.
- Manage talent at the country level, facilitating talent mobility between global and local teams.
- Participate in core PX global projects, representing the German market's needs and specificities.
- Assess the bench strength of the German leadership team, driving changes through mobility, development, or replacement.
Requirements
- Demonstrated success in driving employee engagement and culture.
- Experience leading an HR team with expertise in different HR disciplines.
- Experience building or applying people metrics that drive people and business decisions.
- Experience introducing and rolling out HR automation and adjusting systems and processes.
- Working knowledge of multiple people experience areas, including TA and retention, compensation, organizational diagnosis, performance management, and employment laws.
- Working knowledge of German employment and regulatory law and HR market practices.
- Fluency in German and English.
