People Business Partner (HR): Supporting the Product organization by implementing HR practices, mentoring leaders, and managing change with an accent on workforce planning, performance management, and career development. Focus on HRIS systems implementation and establishing essential HR processes within a fast-paced technology environment.
Location: EMEA Remote. You must be located in or be able to relocate to Europe.
Salary: €45,000 - €60,000

What you will do
- Collaborate with HR to design and implement practices including workforce planning, onboarding, performance management, career development, and succession planning.
- Support Product leaders in their development, acting as an advisor and trusted partner to help resolve complex HR cases.
- Manage and evolve HR processes and policies within the Product function.
- Implement HRIS systems, management practices, and organizational structural changes.
Requirements
- 3–5 years as an HR Business Partner, preferably within tech environments.
- Proven success in leading and executing critical HR initiatives at scale.
- Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth startup settings.
- Builds trusted relationships across all levels of the organization, including with Product leaders.
- Fluent in English and Russian.
