What you will do

• Lead and support a senior team of cloud platform engineers, providing coaching, mentoring, and driving performance.
• Define and execute the team’s strategic vision, aligning priorities with business goals, and own the team roadmap.
• Guide the design and delivery of scalable, reliable infrastructure for the global POS SaaS platform, with a focus on automation.
• Collaborate across engineering, product, and SRE teams to align on platform initiatives and lead cross-team projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience working independently across multiple projects and workstreams.
• A strong track record of delivering successful projects through high-performing teams.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Expertise in infrastructure as code, with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
• Experience setting long-term objectives and providing clear technical and team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in improving cross-functional processes that go beyond the boundaries of a single team.
