Salary: $144,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage strategic customers, drive revenue growth, and implement onboarding processes.
• Conduct regular strategic engagements, analyze customer needs, and provide feedback to internal teams.
• Negotiate renewal and expansion pricing, manage account health, and identify churn risks.
• Address client issues with urgency and communicate resolution plans effectively.
• Perform QBRs to review account health and capture requirements for further expansion.
• Develop and deploy playbooks and other content for customer success.

Requirements

• 7+ years of Customer Success experience in a hyper-growth environment.
• 1+ years experience in Blockchain.
• Experience working at a start-up.
• Experience managing customer relationships from launch through renewal, including expansion targets.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with a technical product and aptitude to learn complex technical concepts.
