Senior Product Marketing Manager (Security and Governance): Driving go-to-market strategies for hirify.global’s security, compliance, and governance solutions with an accent on positioning hirify.global as a trusted partner for IT and security leaders. Focus on translating complex security concepts into compelling business value, leading product launches, and optimizing adoption strategies.

Location: Currently, we are only authorized to hire candidates from the following provinces: Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario, and Saskatchewan.

Salary: $138,600—$187,500 CAD

What you will do

  • Develop expertise in security and IT buyer personas, understanding their pain points and decision-making processes.
  • Craft compelling messaging and business outcomes that articulate hirify.global’s security and content access governance value.
  • Track and analyze pipeline, adoption, and retention metrics, sharing insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Drive product launches and new feature rollouts, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for hirify.global’s security solutions, including pricing and packaging implications.
  • Create sales enablement assets (e.g., battlecards, pitch decks, FAQs, competitive insights) to engage security-conscious buyers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles, ideally in B2B SaaS with a focus on security, compliance, or IT audiences.
  • Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance trends, with experience marketing to IT and security decision-makers.
  • Proven success in product launches, driving adoption and market penetration for new solutions.
  • Exceptional ability to translate technical security concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Experience developing sales enablement materials that drive measurable engagement and revenue impact.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams, with an analytical mindset.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with SaaS security frameworks, compliance regulations (e.g., SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA), or governance best practices.
  • Experience in both product-led and sales-led go-to-market motions.
  • Background in fast-paced, high-growth environments, managing multiple priorities.
