Focus on leading scrum development teams, defining website features, and managing cross-functional web projects.

Location: Hybrid work mode near office hubs in San Diego, Prague, Dublin, Nicosia, and Tallinn with 2–3 in-office days per week.

What you will do

  • Improve website performance and user experience to grow the web acquisition channel.
  • Define and prioritize website features, being a product owner of an internal custom content management system (CMS).
  • Run cross-functional projects, collaborating with Content, Design, Sales, and Product Marketing teams.
  • Manage website content, ensuring it's up-to-date and relevant, releasing new pages, and optimizing top-performing assets.
  • Monitor and evaluate results, gathering and analyzing data from analytics platforms to identify growth points.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Website Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in SaaS, tech, or a digital environment.
  • Solid understanding of web acquisition funnels, website performance metrics, UX, and conversion optimization.
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, and deliver cross-functional projects with marketing, design, and development teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a track record of driving improvements using data insights.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Motivation to grow and develop in web acquisition.

Nice to have

  • Experience driving AI projects or implementing process improvements with AI tools.
  • Experience leading a development team, setting business vision, planning sprints, and managing backlog.
  • Experience running A/B tests and validating hypotheses.
