TL;DR

Location: Must be fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global teams and local clients.

What you will do

  • Partner with Sales and FAEs to translate client needs into actionable plans aligned with hirify.global’s capabilities.
  • Oversee the execution of custom solutions by coordinating with Solution Architects and Engineering teams.
  • Mobilize internal resources to address client needs, including organizing customized training sessions and troubleshooting post-deployment challenges.
  • Monitor client health metrics and work with Customer Success teams to refine support strategies.
  • Build trust with enterprise clients through regular check-ins and transparent communication.
  • Drive client retention and expansion by delivering measurable value and fostering loyalty.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise client management or project leadership roles, preferably in software/SaaS, EDA, or related industries.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in China’s enterprise market.
  • Strong project management skills with certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to bridge client needs with internal teams.
  • Understanding of enterprise software ecosystems (e.g., PLM, ERP) and their role in client workflows.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin for effective communication with global teams and local clients.
