What you will do
- Partner with customers to turn desired business outcomes into actionable objectives.
- Guide customers on platform best practices and future adoption.
- Act as the liaison for customer questions and issues, working with support and product management.
- Build Customer Success Plans with goals and KPIs to aid customers in achieving their objectives.
- Provide insights on new features.
- Manage account escalations and identify training opportunities.
Requirements
- Understanding of Git and branching strategies.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle and pipeline.
- Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, and DevSecOps.
- Experience in Customer Success with increasing satisfaction and retention.
- Experience partnering with customers to define business outcomes.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational, and communication skills.
