Senior Solutions Architect

Location: Remote (US, Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones preferred)

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 OTE with 70/30 base-variable split plus equity participation

What you will do

• Manage multiple high-volume, fast-paced sales cycles engaging mid-market prospects and customers
• Demonstrate hirify.global Cloud’s value, especially in AI/ML and agentic workflow use cases
• Support technical evaluations pre-sales and drive post-sales expansion in a consumption-based model
• Collaborate with Account Executives to develop account plans and provide technical guidance
• Build and maintain relationships with customer technical decision makers to expand production applications
• Prioritize customer needs effectively in a dynamic environment

Requirements

• Must be located in US Central, Mountain, or Pacific time zones
• Strong hands-on development experience with Java, Go, TypeScript, or Python
• Excellent technical communication and ability to build application prototypes
• Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud services, and production operations
• Enthusiasm and proficiency with AI/ML technologies and tools
• Ability to provide architectural guidance and serve as a technical advisor to sales teams
