Location: Onsite in greater Montreal area, Canada

What you will do/Что делать

  • Deliver revenue targets consistently quarter over quarter and year over year.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual revenue numbers accurately for the assigned region.
  • Direct sales activities, set expectations, and mentor the sales team.
  • Hold the team accountable for pipeline building and sales cycle execution.
  • Coach sales team to uncover customer needs and demonstrate product value.

Requirements/Требования

  • Must live in greater Montreal area.
  • 5+ years experience leading front-line sales teams; second-line management a plus.
  • 10+ years of direct and channel enterprise software selling experience to large enterprises.
  • Must speak French and have experience with subscription, SaaS, or cloud software in the Canadian market.
  • Excellent leadership, influencing skills, and business planning capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-growing and changing environments.

Nice to have/Хорошо, если есть

  • Track record of consistently meeting/exceeding sales quotas personally and as a leader.
  • Experience in IT systems, enterprise management, DevOps, security, business applications, or analytics.
  • Strong verbal/written communication and executive presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPICC and Challenger sales methodologies.
