What you will do/Что делать

  • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of the payment platform.
  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to manage planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Manage complex software development projects with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, business analysts, QA, and development teams.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Requirements/Требования

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager for 5+ years.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and scaled Agile frameworks.
  • Understanding of technical concepts and software architecture.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing projects with significant integration and third-party dependencies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or above.
