Location: Remote within the United States with limited onsite travel
Salary: $125,000–$190,000 per year plus variable compensation and equity

What you will do/Что делать
- Serve as primary contact for Falcon LogScale deployments from kickoff to closure
- Guide customers in building complex, resilient application clusters in cloud and on-prem environments
- Assist with data onboarding, audit/logging policy configurations, and log transport methods
- Provide expertise in log analysis, search queries, parsing, and dashboard creation
- Transfer knowledge of Falcon LogScale capabilities to customers
Requirements/Требования
- Must be located in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
- Fluency in English with strong technical writing skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years in systems engineering
- 4+ years experience with containerized applications (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm) in cloud environments (GCP, Azure, AWS)
- Experience with Linux server management, IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, Crossplane), and scripting (Python, Go, Bash)
- Knowledge of security protocols (OAuth, OKTA, SAML, Active Directory) and log management use cases

- 5+ years professional DevOps experience with troubleshooting and root cause analysis
- Experience with visualization tools like Grafana, PowerBI, Elastic
- Experience collaborating with pre-sales and post-sales teams
- Ability to translate customer feedback into product improvements
