• Build and manage a successful sales pipeline to meet and exceed quotas
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within enterprise accounts
• Establish and maintain relationships up to executive and C-levels
• Act as a trusted advisor and ambassador for hirify.global within client accounts
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sales proposals and close deals
• Forecast business objectives and outcomes accurately

Requirements/Требования

• Proven track record selling high technology products to large organizations
• Ability to network at multiple levels including C-level
• Experience selling technically complex solutions
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to create and deliver value propositions
• Native fluency in Croatian or Serbian and business-level English
• Must be located remotely in Romania or Austria
