Inbound Sales Development Representative (Commerce platform): Responsible for driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Focus on nurturing inbound leads, identifying customer needs, and developing strategies to grow sales pipeline.

What you will do

  • Drive new business growth by qualifying warm inbound leads through telephone and email communication.
  • Nurture inbound leads to qualification for the inside sales team.
  • Create a positive first impression for prospects and customers.
  • Identify customer needs to determine if Lightspeed solutions are a good fit.
  • Manage lead sources, including calls, emails, chats, and referrals.
  • Work with the Sales Development Manager to develop strategies to grow the sales pipeline and meet goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in technology (software, mobile, or other) is a plus.
  • Experience in hospitality is an asset.
  • English proficiency needed, bilingualism in French a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Autonomous, outgoing, and a self-starter.
