TL;DR

Backend Team Lead (Go): Leading software development initiatives and designing software solutions for the Data Integration cluster at hirify.global, with an accent on automating internal processes and ensuring data quality. Focus on optimizing CI/CD processes, modernizing data feeds, and developing infrastructural components for a high-performance analytical platform.

Location: This is a hybrid role based in either of hirify.global's Cyprus, Málaga or Tbilisi office.

What you will do

  • Optimize CI/CD processes to ensure high standards of software delivery.
  • Expand on the automation of Data Ops and Integration teams' tasks.
  • Design and lead the development of infrastructural components for our cluster.
  • Oversee the development and modernization of data feeds.

Requirements

  • Strong Software Development and Software Architecture skills
  • Team Leadership and Project Management skills
  • Experience working with Distributed Systems
  • Experience with Python, Golang stacks
  • Solid understanding of modern deployment infrastructure, like Kubernetes and Cloud environments
  • Experience working with continuous delivery pipelines

Nice to have

  • Finance experience or knowledge of Trading
  • Experience with the Java stack
  • Experience developing internal tools and working in collaboration with other leaders to cater to the needs of different teams
  • Industry experience either as a developer or a trader
  • Experience with data streaming, working with real-time data
