Business Analyst (CRM)

Location: Flexible work from office or remote with relocation support to Cyprus, Spain, Serbia, or Mexico

What you will do

• Manage CRM Core features such as tasks, queues, and task distribution
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Write clear, concise specifications and ensure team understanding
• Oversee feature development from discovery to production release
• Track timelines and coordinate with developers, QA, and other teams
• Work on medium to large initiatives including process refactoring and launching significant features

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis and delivering medium or large projects
• Strong technical mindset with understanding of system architecture and integrations
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and balance priorities
• Basic project management skills to ensure timely delivery
