TL;DR

Product Manager (Salesforce): Managing and improving the Salesforce platform to ensure that internal stakeholders have the tools and systems they need to effectively do their jobs with an accent on translating business requirements into actionable instructions for technical teams. Focus on improving business performance, leading design workshops, and managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.

What you will do

  • Build trusted relationships and manage stakeholders.
  • Define and deliver measurable success metrics that align initiatives with business outcomes.
  • Lead user research to understand stakeholder needs, ensuring product decisions are grounded in real user insights.
  • Translate business requirements into instructions for technical teams and manage the agile development process.
  • Manage change, including the development of training materials and communication plans.
  • Contribute to the management and development of the IS Product Management Practice.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Product Management or Business Analyst roles in SaaS implementations.
  • Ability to translate between business and technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of standard Salesforce features.
  • Proven success managing complex projects across multiple functional groups.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies such as scrum.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to pivot and reprioritize across multiple projects.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce and Scrum Master certification preferred.
