TL;DR

Technical Systems Manager & Automation Developer (Fintech): Optimize and develop backend systems primarily using Google Docs/Sheets and Zapier integrations, with additional development in Java/Python and cloud platforms. Focus on coding for multiple platforms, workflow automation, and cross-functional collaboration within Eastern Time zone working hours.

Location: Remote (Global), must be able to work overlapping Eastern Time zone hours

What you will do(en)/Что делать(ru)

  • Optimize and enhance Google-based backend systems and automate workflows using Google Apps Script and Zapier.
  • Develop reporting and data visualization tools for real-time financial insights.
  • Support WordPress frontend improvements and assist in app development.
  • Implement basic UX/UI changes based on specifications.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams to align technical solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and document best practices for scalability.

Requirements(en)/Требования(ru)

  • Must be able to work part-time remotely with availability overlapping Eastern Time zone (US).
  • Proficiency in Java, Python, or similar coding languages and experience with Google Apps Script.
  • Experience with Zapier automation and troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with WordPress development and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
  • At least 2 years of relevant technical or development experience; startup experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
