TL;DR

Senior Product Manager (Fintech): Leading product and systems improvements for fraud prevention on the hirify.global platform with an accent on enhancing signals and automating controls. Focus on data-led decision-making and building strong relationships with engineering, risk, and executive stakeholders.

Location: Hybrid, with in-office days determined by your team. Offices in the UK, Australia, France, Ireland, Latvia, Portugal, and the United States. Possible relocation.

What you will do

  • Deliver customer and business value by understanding and resolving customer problems in fraud prevention.
  • Structure clear, impactful solutions to complex issues like evolving fraud tactics.
  • Use data to identify opportunities, evaluate risks, and guide product strategies.
  • Develop a long-term approach for fraud prevention and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Lead the delivery of new initiatives, from experimental pilots to scalable features.
