What you will do
- Lead the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP solutions.
- Lead and manage a high-performing team of SAP consultants.
- Involve in strategy development and solution implementation, leveraging your functional expertise of SAP.
Requirements
- Experience in at least three (3) successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0.
- Proven track record in spearheading client requirement-gathering workshops.
- SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting or Onboarding Associate Certification.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 5 days a week based on client requirements.
- Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Fluency in French is a strong asset.
- Professional Certification is a strong asset.
