Location: Relocation to Cyprus with full support including family assistance

Overview

Develop an independent payment gateway to simplify payments and enable merchants to reach global customers. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and QA engineers in a product company environment.

What you will do

  • Gather and analyze business requirements with stakeholders.
  • Read and analyze source code to elaborate requirements.
  • Formalize requirements into technical specifications and development tasks.
  • Write technical and QA notes, and maintain documentation.
  • Participate in architectural analysis and decision-making.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a System Analyst
  • Fluent English: B2+ required
  • Experience with task management tools (Jira, Confluence) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Ability to read and analyze source code (preferably Kotlin).
  • Strong communication skills and collaboration with architects, developers, and QA engineers.

Nice to have

  • Experience as a developer.
  • Experience with payment systems, ERP, CRM, and high-load projects.
  • Knowledge of modeling tools (UML, BPMN) and microservice architecture.
  • Experience in discovery phase and early-stage system analysis.
