Algo Developer Team Lead

Location: Hybrid work with office in Tel Aviv, Israel

What you will do

• Lead and manage a backend engineering team developing core routing infrastructure.
• Design, optimize, and refine routing and optimization algorithms for large-scale real-time data.
• Develop and execute team roadmap aligned with company strategy.
• Oversee project objectives supporting product strategy.
• Coach and mentor engineers to deliver high-quality results and best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years in technical leadership role
• 6+ years backend development experience in languages like Python, Go, Java
• BSc. in Computer Science, Math or equivalent
• Strong skills in algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization
• Experience with routing, pathfinding, and optimization algorithms
• Advantage: experience with Go, React, AWS, Kubernetes; MSc/PhD in related fields
