Field Marketing Manager

Overview

The Field Marketing Manager will build our regional marketing engine from the ground up. You’ll craft and execute high-impact campaigns that drive customer acquisition, accelerate sales, and establish our footprint in the AI/ML ecosystem. This role requires a true builder—someone comfortable creating playbooks where none exist, experimenting rapidly, and iterating based on market feedback.

What you will do

• Design and run multi-channel campaigns to support sales goals and customer acquisition in the target region.
• Align closely with regional sales and partner teams to deliver go-to-market strategies, content, and tools that drive conversion.
• Lead ABM marketing campaigns for regional AMs.
• Plan and execute events, including industry conferences, meetups, hands-on workshops, hackathons, data center visits, webinars and executive briefings.
• Identify and engage with AI user communities, developer groups, and industry influencers through meetups, sponsorships, and speaker opportunities.
• Track and report on field marketing funnel, with a focus on lead quality and revenue contribution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B field or regional marketing, ideally in tech sector.
• Strong understanding of the AI/ML ecosystem, including user personas such as Founders, CTOs, ML engineers, data scientists, AI researchers.
• Demonstrated success organizing field programs that combine digital, in-person and partner-led elements.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus depending on region.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, distributed environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing cloud services, SaaS or AI products.
• Understanding of topics like model training, inference optimization, AI workload orchestration and open-source ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, GPU compute and the competitive landscape of AI cloud services.
