We’re helping a stealth startup hire a visionary CTO to lead the engineering function of an AI-powered multiplayer dating game for Gen Z. The product combines 3D avatars, real-time social mechanics, LLM-based AI companions (Claude, Cursor), and Web3 layers. Launching first via Telegram Mini Apps.

Responsibilities:

🟥Full ownership of engineering lifecycle: architecture, code, QA, releases, support
🟥Build, grow, and lead a high-performing dev team
🟥Embed AI into product and dev workflows (Claude, Copilot, Cursor)
🟥Drive sprint velocity, code quality, and release cadence
🟥Collaborate with CPO, COO, CMO on product strategy
🟥Ensure best practices in CI/CD, observability, security, and documentation

Requirements:

🔵7+ years in backend/full-stack (.NET 7 / ASP.NET / EF Core)
🔵Experience as CTO / Tech Lead / Architect with team ownership
🔵Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, RabbitMQ/Kafka
🔵Strong skills in DDD, Clean Architecture, real-time systems
🔵Hands-on with LLM APIs, GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.
🔵Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, GitHub Actions
🔵People management: hiring, 1:1s, feedback, mentoring

Nice to have:

🔵Telegram Mini App SDK, Unity for mobile, Web3 integration, Firebase/Mixpanel
