🔹What You’ll Do
-Own and execute the product vision and strategy across the Gambit ecosystem
-Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle: ideation, planning, design, delivery, and iteration
-Work closely with engineers, designers, and marketing to launch and refine core features (e.g., AI Insights, Copy Trading, Agent Builder, Prediction Markets)
-Translate complex betting mechanics into smooth, intuitive UX for crypto-native and traditional bettors alike
-Conduct deep user research and analytics to drive data-informed decisions
-Collaborate with leadership on go-to-market, partnerships, and community feedback integration
-Act as a public voice of the product — participate in AMAs, Spaces, and represent Gambit at Web3 and betting events

🔹What We’re Looking For
-5+ years of product leadership experience, ideally in sports betting, fantasy sports, or iGaming
-Deep understanding of betting markets, user psychology, and parlay-based experiences
-Strong track record of shipping consumer-facing products from 0 to scale
-Knowledge of Web3, on-chain applications, and the wallet-based UX flow
-Excellent public speaking and storytelling ability — able to represent Gambit in front of users, partners, and media
-Passionate about innovation, user experience, and the future of decentralized consumer products
-Comfortable leading remote, fast-moving, cross-functional teams
