Responsibilities:

🟥Drive communication with a special focus on social media, content generation, internal communication and creating visuals
🟥Enhance EPAM's employer branding in alignment with the company's core values, while also considering local characteristics
🟥Devise comprehensive plans for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, ensuring the content aligns with company’s brand identity and objectives
🟥Manage paid campaigns on social media platforms and google ads and track performance
🟥Generate engaging content including articles, blog posts that reflect our brand's voice in EPAM Serbia (and EPAM Croatia)
🟥Develop visual content like reels, photos, videos, infographics, and more to enhance our brand image
🟥Provide support in the organisation of various events such as meetups, tech conferences, among others to promote the company's brand
🟥Participate in global/regional EPAM working groups across various areas such as internal communication, community engagement, talent acquisition marketing, etc

Requirements:

🔵3+ years of professional experience in Marketing and Communications
🔵Proficiency in communication in both English and Serbian and strong interpersonal skills
🔵Exceptional content writing skills, with an ability to produce engaging, error-free content
🔵Designer skills, familiar with tools like Canva and/or Figma
🔵In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audience, and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
🔵Adaptability and flexibility in quickly changing environments
🔵Solid knowledge of photo and video editing tools
🔵Understanding of the IT-industry and ability to turn a set of technical terms into mass communication
