Position: IT Sales Manager

Responsibilities:
- Lead generation (working with both "hot" and "cold" leads)
- Maintaining accounts after the conclusion of the contract.
- Increase conversion at all stages of the sales funnel.
- The use of non-standard solutions in work.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience of successful work in foreign markets (Europe, America).
- A clear focus on results in work.
- Understanding the marginality and profitability of the project.
- English language skills at least C1 level (linguistic education is welcome).
We will also evaluate the following qualities of the candidate:
- Experience in negotiating with clients and partners.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Experience working with premium accounts.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Sociability and adaptability to different cultures and languages.
We offer:
- flexible remuneration (salary part + bonus system, depending solely on the productivity of the sales specialist himself). We do not have a "ceiling" on earned bonuses. We are ready to discuss individual conditions with employees aimed at obtaining maximum results in their work.
