What will you do?

🟥Develop the launch plan—build pre-registration buzz and create post-launch strategies to retain players.
🟥Identify our audience and craft messaging that connects with them.
🟥Research competitors and gather player feedback to refine our approach before and after launch.
🟥Collaborate with advertising, social media, and design teams to deliver compelling campaigns and assets.
🟥Partner with PR and community teams to share updates and engage players pre- and post-launch.
🟥Monitor key metrics (player numbers, costs, retention) and adjust plans based on
results.

What are we looking for?

🔵4+ years of professional experience in product marketing or brand management, ideally within the gaming or entertainment industry.
🔵Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns from concept through to post-launch.
🔵Strong understanding of Free-to-Play (F2P) game business models, player motivations, and market dynamics.
🔵Experience conducting market research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
🔵Exceptional communication, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to clearly articulate strategies and ideas.
🔵Demonstrated skills in data analysis and interpretation, with proficiency in tools such as Excel or relevant analytics platforms.
