As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Job description
-Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
-Actively engage with potential and existing clients to drive sales and build lasting relationships.
-Manage and oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and closing of deals.
-Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base.
-Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing, and product development departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts.
-Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.
-Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
-English proficiency at an advanced level or higher.
-Proven experience in a Sales Manager or senior sales role in technology, FinTech, SaaS.
-Strong understanding of sales techniques and best practices.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
-Proficiency in CRM software.
-Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
