⚡️Product Lead
💼 Company: EoT Labs
◻️Conditions: Remote / Full-time
◻️ Key Responsibilities:
- Own the product vision and strategy for the peaq portal (key vertical).
- Collaborate with CPO and Co-founder on product roadmap.
- Work with engineering and ecosystem teams to identify developer needs/pain points.
- Prioritize developer experience across product decisions.
- Manage product backlog, SDKs, documentation, and tooling improvements.
- Set up feedback loops to track developer satisfaction and measure impact.
- Translate strategy into actionable roadmaps with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing).
- Stay updated on best practices from Solana, Polkadot, Base ecosystems.
◻️ Requirements:
- 5+ years in Product Management, 3+ years in Web3/blockchain/DeFi.
- Blockchain development experience (hands-on).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Product mindset: focus on user needs, fast value delivery, no technical rabbit holes.
- Analytical thinking to turn data into actionable insights.
- High emotional intelligence and cross-team collaboration skills.
- Can-do attitude, ownership, and comfort with ambiguity.
