We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to serve as the Retail Experience Managerfor our cutting-edge 3D foot-scanning technology. In this role, you will be the face of our product in retail stores, ensuring store staff are well-trained, engaged, and motivated to use and promote the scanner. Your work will play a critical role in enhancing the in-store customer experience and driving product adoption.







KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Training and Development:

* Train retail store staff on how to effectively use the 3D scanner.


* Conduct workshops and refresher sessions to keep staff confident and up-to-date.


* Create easy-to-follow training materials and guides tailored to different audiences.





* Engagement:

* Build strong relationships with store teams to foster excitement and advocacy for the product.


* Act as a trusted point of contact for store staff regarding the product.


* Organize in-store events or competitions to boost staff motivation and product usage.





* Performance Monitoring:

* Track usage metrics for the scanner and identify areas for improvement.


* Provide actionable feedback and implement strategies to increase scanner adoption.





* Technical Support:

* Ensure the scanners are set up and functioning correctly in all assigned stores.


* Troubleshoot basic technical issues or escalate complex problems to the appropriate team.





* Customer Focus:

* Collaborate with store staff to ensure an exceptional customer experience with the scanner.


* Collect and relay feedback from staff and customers to the product development team.








QUALIFICATIONS:
* Proven experience in retail, field training, or a similar role.


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


* Ability to travel regularly to various store locations.


* Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and train others.


* Passionate about enhancing in-store customer experiences.
