We are looking for a Sales Manager, who will be responsible for sales, interacting with potential partners, identifying their needs, managing negotiations, presenting services, and closing deals.

📍Key Responsibilities: 📍
- Actively attract new clients in the IT outsourcing and outstaffing sectors, expand connections, and build long-term cooperation;
- Build a database of potential clients and carry out quality lead development;
- Organize and manage the full sales cycle: from the first contact to contract signing (company presentations, expertise, client calls, needs identification);
- Participate in and develop sales strategies: analyze target markets, identify new niches, and search for opportunities for the company;
- Create sales plans with clear KPIs and ensure their execution;
- Lead the sales team: be responsible for the overall team results, monitor workflow, manage achievements, and develop team competencies;
- Dive into and analyze metrics, regularly provide reports on team performance, and improve departmental efficiency.

🍀Requirements🍀
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position with IT products;
• In-depth understanding of IT sales: outsourcing, outstaffing, B2B sales;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, result-oriented;
• Ability to approach tasks systematically, critical thinking, and a high level of responsibility and independence;
• English B2
