SENIOR QA Java Engineer
(Java/AWS/JUnit 5/Karate/Test container).
Company: Caterpillar ( CAT, Chicago, USA)
Location: Remote
Conditions: b2b contract
Type: Full- time, 8 hours a day
4 hours overlap with the USA team in a day.
English: B2+
5800 - 6700 usd before taxes.
CAT Digital’s Advanced Data Quality team is looking for an experienced QA Engineer to design, develop and execute Automation scripts; manual investigte and reproduct of functional Backend (Java)
software issues, analyse test script failures, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 7+ years of experience in both Automation&Manual testing methodologies;
- Strong ability to handle Backend services such as APIs, Databases, distributed
services;
- Familiar with Linux and database operation: MySQL, PostgreSQL and test environment
construction by CI/CD, Spring Boot;
- Good programming: Java, Kotlin or other JVM based language;
- Agile/Scrum development process and using collaboration tools, such as AZDO, Teams, Slack, etc.
