Responsibilities:

🟥Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for our e-commerce software applications.
🟥Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to identify bugs and areas for improvement.
🟥Collaborate with developers, product managers, and UX designers to understand requirements and refine user stories.
🟥Document and report bugs, issues, and test results in a clear and structured manner.
🟥Ensure that all software releases meet quality standards before deployment.
🟥Automate test scripts where applicable to improve efficiency and reliability.
🟥Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.

Requirements:

🔵Proven experience as a QA Tester, preferably in an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
🔵Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
🔵Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
🔵Knowledge of bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
🔵Understanding of APIs and web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
🔵Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔵Excellent attention to detail and ability to think like an end user.
🔵Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

🔵Experience in testing e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, or integrations.
🔵Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
🔵Familiarity with performance and security testing.
