Responsibilities:
• Develop international structures for asset protection;
• Ensure compliance with currency control regulations and provide tax support for international operations;
• Coordinate work with foreign banks and external consultants;
• Organize immigration processes and international structuring;
• Administer foreign companies (Cyprus, BVI, UAE, Belize, Hong Kong, etc.);
Requirements:
• Fluent English: professional correspondence, reading and analyzing legislative acts, verbal communication;
• Experience working with international structures and foreign jurisdictions;
• Knowledge of international tax and corporate law;
