For over 13 years, we have been providing IT services to our clients - large international media companies and startups in healthcare, education, and e-commerce. Most of our clients are from the USA and Canada. We are also developing projects with partners in Russia.
We are looking for an experienced Editorial Director to lead and optimize SEO-driven content strategy for our legal client. In this role, you will oversee a team of SEO Content Writers, ensuring the production and publication of high-quality legal content that enhances search rankings and drives organic traffic. Your expertise in writing, editing, and SEO best practices will be key to maintaining content accuracy, engagement, and brand alignment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a monthly editorial calendar and content production schedule.
Assign, edit, and publish daily legal blogs, ensuring they meet quality, accuracy, and SEO standards.
Conduct research on future content topics, staying informed on trends in personal injury and employment law.
Optimize content for search engines, incorporating keywords and internal linking strategies.
Oversee social media content scheduling, ensuring consistency across platforms.
Develop strategies to increase visibility and attract new clients through content marketing.
Manage and mentor a team of SEO Content Writers, ensuring continuous professional growth and alignment with business goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Law or a related field.
Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
Proven experience in leading a content team and developing strategies to enhance visibility and client acquisition.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Experience in legal content creation.
Excellent editorial judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What we offer:
Сompetitive salary 2000-2500$ (if you are not in Russia, the salary is paid in USD)
Working remotely or from our offices in Novosibirsk (Akademgorodok) or Tbilisi (near Rustaveli metro)
Flexible start 9-10 am (GMT+3) and a 40-hour workweek (with overlapping hours with the client’s time zone in New York and Chicago, and the team in Moscow, Tbilisi, and Novosibirsk)
