• Recruiting Sales and BDR professionals, primarily English-speaking candidates.
• Actively searching for candidates using various platforms and tools.
• Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
• Assessing candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and refine job profiles.
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
• Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Requirements:
• Fluent in English (RU/HE is a plus).
• Independent, proactive, and a problem solver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
