-Conduct innovative research in Web3 and blockchain technology, with a focus on Layer 2 scalability solutions.
-Analyse and compare various scalability solutions, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
-Develop and implement blockchain applications and prototypes using Rust, ensuring robust and efficient codebases.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications, enhancing our technology stack.
-Stay updated with the latest advancements in scalability solutions in different runtime environments.
🔷About You
-5+ years of research and software development experience
-Highly proficient in Rust, cryptography, and low level networking
-Hands on experience with implementing and maintaining distributed databases and systems
-In depth knowledge of software engineering best practices
-Ability to work in a fully autonomous environment
